Up to date contact details are found on the footer of the website. Any correspondance will not be considered delivered until acknowledged by a member of staff either in writing, by return email or in person.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars inclusive of New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax) and excluding delivery charges. Courier fees are added at the checkout screen if applicable.
Payment is required in full with order unless prior credit terms have been established and assigned to your login profile. Online payment is accepted by direct credit, VISA or Mastercard, in store payment by Cash or EFTPOS transaction. Personal cheques are not accepted, business cheques by prior arrangement.
Online credit card transactions are provided by eWay payment gateway. For details of the eWay terms and conditions refer to the legal section at www.eway.co.nz. Storytime does not request, store or redistribute credit card details.
Collect / In-Store
All in-stock product is picked and reserved for customer collection within 1 trading day (Monday to Sunday). Any orders not collected within 1 calendar week may at the store managers discretion be returned to sale stock and customer refunded less 5% restocking fee.
All in-stock products are picked and packed for courier collection within 2 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Items shown as out of stock are subject to supplier delivery schedules with an estimated delivery date advised within 2-3 business days following order.
Delivery costs for international orders needs to be quoted on a case by case basis. Customers are requested to save their cart and email or phone for confirmation of delivery charges as some product is not suitable for international delivery.
